This summer we had the honor of working with Maribel of Eight Tree Street Floral in a beautiful Chinoiserie Chic styled shoot! She did an amazing job planning and styling the shoot…and the florals were, of course, INSANE. The shoot was hosted at AJAX, a brand new venue in D.C. that had offered a contest to reward stylists with a free 1-day reservation of the venue to carry out their styled shoot! Maribel won a slot and we were super excited to be asked to photograph the shoot for her! The models who played bride and groom were Victoria Brown and Curran Johnston and the dress and jewelry were provided by Fabulous Frocks of D.C.! Carolyn Thombs of Lipstick and Chiffon provided hair and makeup and Cate Hunter Design supplied a beautiful stationary suite!! HanWriting did the custom calligraphy, Ann Thomas Design provided the monogrammed napkins…and the linens came from Nuage Designs.  Catherine George Cakes provided us with a cake and the shoes of course are Kate Spade NY!

What a setup!! We absolutely love working with Maribel…she is so friendly and easy to get along with! We had a blast setting up the shoot and photographing it was even more fun! Thank you so much, Maribel, for the asking us to collaborate and for a wonderful experience!!
