I had the privledge of working with Veronica when I worked at the animal clinic and during that time we were able to become good friends! Anytime checking the schedule and seeing that we would be working together, I knew it would be a great day and full of laughs! Not only was she a blast to work with but she also had amazing work qualities and would bend over backwards to help others. When she contacted me asking us to do their anniversary session I was ecstatic to be able to work with them and knew this session would be such a blast!
These two have been together for 8 years! Yes, EIGHT YEARS!!! Although their original plan of doing anniversary photos in late August had to be reschedule due to crazy work schedules and then the weather, they made it easy to work with and we were able to score them some awesome winter pictures!
Raven’s Roost on the Blue Ridge Parkway is an incredible overlook offering a stunning view of the Shenandoah Valley…and it also is a place that meant something special to these two! Both Cody and Veronica were complete NATURALS at posing and even though we had to take a break to warm up in the car because it was SO COLD, their laughter and love made it such a wonderful shoot…and you can see that in their photos!
Their matching shoes and tattoos tied everything together and we finished up just in time for a couple of STUNNING silhouette photos!!
